Lousy game about difficult for traffic highway safety skills?

I cant do it because this updated about new traffic highway safety skills only (earn 10-30% required)... Why????? I cant do that it! Then, I hate this game! (I like normal earn than traffic highway skills).
I feel upset with new arcade game only by updated for traffic highway safety skills.
This has simulator and strategy always, but updated for add new arcade only.
